Tentative Schedule of Events

The 2009 G3 National Championships will feature three racing classes, G-Jets, Super Stock, and Neo Modified. Each class will be run in both Pro and Amateur and though this schedule is tentative it is close to how we expect the racing to proceed.

Friday July 31st

• 10 AM - 11 PM Registration
• 10 AM - 11 PM Open practice on the tracks
• Evening Kit Race on one of the tracks (6:30 tentative start time)
• 11 PM The Hall is locked down for the night

Saturday August 1st

• 8 AM Doors Open
• Official Opening and Drivers Meeting
• 9:00 AM Tech (all tracks off)
• Racing begins with Pro Super Stock and Amateur Neo Modified
• Lunch is served to all racers
• Racing continues
• Afternoon/Evening Pro Neo Modified and Amateur G-Jets
• Drivers Banquet for all racers
• G3 National Championships Raffle (this may move to Sunday)
• Racing will continue as needed
• 11 PM The Hall is locked down for the night

Sunday August 2nd

• 8 AM Doors Open
• 9 AM Tech (all tracks off)
• Racing begins with Pro G-Jets and Amateur Super Stock
• Lunch is served to all racers
• Racing continues
• G3 National Championships Raffle
• Awards will be presented at the conclusion of racing

Again this is the tentative schedule of racing events, as many of you racers know sometimes it gets stretched so be prepared for some give and take. As we get closer to the race we will tweak and update the schedule as we find necessary to make this event one that you will have a great time competing in.
